MARKETING AND WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
We will develop a website unique to your unit and will aggressively market
it through the internet. In just the past 5 months, our website has been
viewed by over 21,000 visitors. All the units available for winter rentals are
booked. Plus, we already have a substantial number of rentals for the
2010 season.
INQUIRIES AND RESERVATIONS
We personally handle all inquiries and rental reservations using our
reservation system. All rental funds will be sent directly to you by the
guest. Another way we differ from other rental companies is that you can
personally rent to your friends and family. There is only a small booking
fee for these rentals. Any time you personally use your condo, there is, of
course, no charge for making the reservation. You control when you want
to and when you don’t want to rent your condo.
CLEANING SERVICES
Two very reputable and thorough cleaning companies have worked with
us for a number of years. They offer both regular and deep cleaning
services. Our owners have found them to be very responsive and
dependable, yet cost efficient. The cleaning companies even furnish high
quality towels, linens, and a start up set; all included in their price. Prices
range from $65-$85 depending on the condo size.
MAINTENANCE SERVICES
One key statement about maintenance and repairs is that “no work is done
without your approval”. We have several local companies available to take
care of your repair needs from plumbing to air conditioning. We highly
recommend a company that provides regular maintenance services for a
small monthly fee. We will be glad to furnish information about this service.
