SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
Security Deposit Policy

In order to keep costs down for our guests, we have put in place a policy that will help reduce
your "out of pocket" expenses. You save by not having to provide a security deposit on top of
the cost of the rental. You simply pay an initial reservation payment which is applied to the final
rental amount.  Here's how it works:

We require a valid Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit card in order to
reserve a condo. Under certain circumstances, this requirement can be waived.

$187.
20 will be charged to your credit card. $7.20 is a credit card processing fee charged by
the credit card companies.  $180 will be applied to your rental balance, and your final payment
will reflect a credit for this amount. The Initial Reservation Payment is a portion of your rent and
will be applied to your grand total; therefore, it will NOT be refunded following your departure.

The balance is due 21 days before check in.  We gladly accept checks for final payment.
Should you wish to pay the final payment by credit card, please note that there is a 4% credit
card processing fee.

If your check in date is 30 days or less from the date you book the condo, the entire amount is
due when you book the unit.  This must be in the form of a credit card payment, unless you call
and make prior arrangements.

A separate damage deposit will not be required as long as you provide a valid credit card as
security. Of course, the credit card will only be charged if we find damage, missing property, or
missing keys. In the unlikely event there is a problem, we will make every attempt to contact you
and discuss it with you.
